Floor to ceiling plasma pole

Our client had a requirement to place a 50" plasma screen on an end wall of a media room, however as the wall was of brick and flint construction it was impractical to use a conventional wall mount.

A custom made floor to ceiling pole was installed to provide a suitable mount for the screen, with an Artcoustic Left/Centre/Right speaker placed below. For the rear channels of sound a pair of Bowers and Wilkins in-ceiling speakers were used.

A Denon amplifier along with Sony Blu-Ray player were installed, with the system being controlled via a Nevo Q50 remote control. The clients existing Sky HD box was also integrated along with an Arcam CD player and Sony DVD recorder.
